At Precision Plot Systems, we engineer professional-grade agricultural infrastructure designed for durability, operational efficiency, and long-term food sovereignty. We stand behind the structural integrity of our physical hardware.

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to Precision Plot physical kits and hardware components (such as our outdoor slate steel modular raised beds, custom corner brackets, grid frames, and indoor Terra Line hardware enclosures/exhaust systems) purchased directly from precisionplots.com or an authorized dealer.

1. What Is Covered (The Hardware)

Precision Plot Systems warrants that your modular kit hardware will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship under normal, intended use for the duration specified below:

• Outdoor Slate Steel Raised Beds & Custom Brackets: Lifetime coverage from the original date of purchase against structural failure, excessive corrosion/rust perforation under normal environmental conditions, or severe manufacturing defects in steel panels and custom-formed brackets.

• Terra Line Indoor Grow Hardware: Mechanical and structural components—including the 1680D Mylar grow tent frames, 6” inline exhaust fans, carbon scrubbers, and LED structural housing—are covered for a period of 5 years against manufacturing defects, electronic component failure (excluding normal bulb degradation), or structural breakdown.

If a covered hardware defect is verified, Precision Plot Systems will, at its discretion, either repair the defective part or replace the specific component free of charge.

2. What Is Explicitly Excluded (No Warranty on Biological or Consumable Items)

Because biological outcomes depend entirely on environmental management, grower skill, climate, and local conditions, this warranty does NOT cover seeds, live seedlings, plants, growing media, liquid nutrients, or general consumables. Specifically excluded from any warranty coverage:

• Heirloom Seeds & Plant Starts: Germination rates, plant health, crop yields, and susceptibility to pests, weather, or disease are completely outside our control. All seeds and live starts are sold "as-is" with no performance guarantee.

• Growing Media & Nutrients: Soil mixes, clay pebbles, and liquid nutrient solutions used or supplied within kits.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic scratches, minor surface scuffs, paint fading caused by UV exposure, or normal weathering of metal and fabric finishes that do not compromise the structural integrity of the system.

• Misuse, Neglect, or Improper Installation: Damage resulting from improper assembly, failure to follow our Assembly Manuals or site audit guides, unauthorized modifications, overloading, extreme weather events (such as hurricanes, tornadoes, or heavy flooding exceeding structural design limits), or commercial abuse outside of standard residential/urban farming use.

3. Limitation of Liability

Precision Plot Systems’ liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective physical hardware components. Under no circumstances shall Precision Plot Systems be held liable for:

• Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of crop yield, spoiled produce, loss of time, or business interruption.

• Labor costs associated with the uninstallation, reinstallation, or transport of warranted parts.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a claim under this Limited Warranty, please follow these steps:

2. Provide clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the specific structural defect or hardware failure.

3. Our Quality Control team (managed by our operations division) will review your submission within 3–5 business days. If approved, replacement components or repair instructions will be issued promptly under our standard fulfillment timeline.
