Precision Plot Systems Ordering and Returns Policy

​Order Processing

Once an order is placed on precisionplots.com, you will receive an email confirmation. Because our garden kits involve custom-manufactured metal components and carefully curated seed/soil packages, order processing typically takes 2-4 business days before the item is shipped.

​Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

​Returns

We stand behind the quality of our Precision Plot Kits. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

​The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

​It must be in the original packaging.

​Perishable items (such as seeds or specific soil amendments) may be non-refundable if opened.

​Return Shipping

​Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
