Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will communicate any significant delays to you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - Free.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - Calculated at checkout.
Due to the size and weight of our heavy-duty slate steel modular beds (such as the 8x4 or 12x4 kits), your order may arrive in multiple boxes on different days.
